Nominated Supervisor – Becky

Hi. My name is Becky

I am currently Diploma trained and certified in Child Psychology.

I have been working in the childcare profession for 13 years. During this time I have
educated all ages of children ranging from 6 weeks to 6 years, primarily with the babies and toddlers.

I believe each child is an individual with different interests and needs and as such I pride myself on meeting their needs and developing their interests.
I am extremely passionate about implementing my own interests, such as the Japanese culture and cooking, into the daily program.

I look forward to building a relationship with each child, families and staff members in the centre, and endeavour to do my best in this position.

Educational Leader – Natasha

I am very pleased to be taking on the role of Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader at Surfside Kidz. I have been working with children for twenty years in a variety of contexts and believe I have much to offer Surfside Kidz.
My approach to education is based on environmental values. I believe protecting and respecting our environment is the only way forward in our world today. I also believe in creating an atmosphere of learning which is happy, positive and thoughtful.

Early childhood is a time of play based learning. I enjoy documenting children’s learning and look forward to getting to know each Child that I care for.
